The living quarters are found on the first floor to capture the spectacular sea views which are visible via the 5 large roof windows looking out at sea on one side and the 3 large windows looking out at the surrounding mountains and the glorious sight of Carn Llidi. The Loft space features a large & comfy corner sofa and coffee table with TV that has Freeview and Netflix. The Loft area also has a large log burner to compliment the underfloor heating that’s throughout the open plan loft space.
kitchen
With a commanding view of Carn Llidi mountain, to inspire you, the kitchen is well equipped to cook up a feast whilst in the company of others in the open plan living space. The hob faces directly out towards the living space to enable the designated chef to be a part of things. The stunning Smeg fridge has an adjacent ice maker, coffee machine and Smeg toaster. The kitchen has an oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine. The Belfast sink looks out at the surrounding hills and up towards Carn Llidi.

The Smart California designer table seats six but can accomodate up to 8 for visiting guests. It’s perfectly situated in between the kitchen and the sofa area to progress from dinner to a post dinner chill.

The ground floor bedroom features a Super King Size bed, luxury linen and a simply stunning en-suite bathroom with LED floor lights to guide your way. The room is accessible to the drop off area and the nearby hot tub and outdoor dining area. Under floor heating to keep your toes warm throughout this floor.

Bedroom 2 and 3 benefits from designated bathrooms with Roca fixtures and fittings and have a WC, Sink pedestal and bath to have a good soak & ease the day away or wash off the sand off your toes! The bathroom is in between the bunk and king size double.
outdoor area
The property has its own garden featuring a six seater hot tub, 3 sun bed recliners and a six seater outdoor dining table. It has views of Carn Llidi and is located via the rear wooden sleeper steps
bedroom 2
Features a Super King Double Bed and chest of drawers with various hanging pegs and includes one of the prints of the 60th Anniversary of The Pembrokeshire National Trust made in a classic 50’s Railway Poster style as in all our bedrooms.

The bunk room with single adult size beds has a clothes wardrobe and large storage box on top. As bunk rooms go its a lovely room!
